| Delaware Gazette, July 1, 1975, reports "The
oldest living graduate of Ostrander High School is Fred Gabriel
of the class of 1907. Following his graduation, he went to
work for the Ostrander Banking Company.
He was associated with the Ostrander bank for nine years when
he moved to Marysville and joined the Commercial Savings
Bank. He was associated with the banking business for 46
years.
Gabriel now lives at 504 W. Fifth Street in Marysville.
He is also the oldest past master of the Ostrander Lodge 594,
F&AM. He was presented with a 65-year membership pin
at his home on March 20 of this year."
