| BIOGRAPHY |
|
John Lawrence was a member of the legislature from Beaver
Co., Penn and rode horseback back to serve his term. He
contracted typhoid and died within the year. He is the
first person buried at Fairview Cemetery. (28)
Little Millcreek Church and Fairview Cemetery were located on
the the property he received from the Virginia Military Lands. (28)
